{Fading Lilacs}

Did anyone take on my April photo challenge? The idea is to post a photo up on your blog which sums up ‘April’ to you, post a link to the blog post below and then we all go and have a look at it.

Here’s mine, though it’s a little bit of a cheat as lilacs to me are more usually ‘May’. But they’re fading so fast this year that I had to get in quick. And I like this pic in B&W so have added that too.

I’ve linked to my blog below so you can see how this works. You’ve got a week to link to your own post.

No, blog. But April to me is waiting for spring to really arrive and daily monitoring of my little seedlings. http://www.flickr.com/photos/88439326@N00/4524360369/

That is such a great photo! It makes me want to have SEEDS.

Anyone else who doesn't have a blog, please link to Flick or something as Susan has done or else email me and I'll post them up here.

    Hi-

    I adore the color turquoise in these photos. Any way I can find out the paint name or number so I may duplicate it?

    I read the dresses sold out within minutes on launch in the UK, however I would have much preferred it if the Missoni/Target range launched here :)

    Haha! Now you've got me rushing off to your blog to read all these comments...my Facebook page has been known to go a little nuts on the indoor/outdoor cat question though.

    And I do want to say that I FULLY UNDERSTAND people who keep their cats indoors, especially in the US. The roads here can be crazy and there are things like coyotes and bald eagles roaming free, which are not exactly an issue in the UK.

    I think "incongruous" is the perfect way to describe the whole thing. There are some stunning individual pieces and the site is amazing. I would kill to be that close to the High Line! However, yeah, total mishmash that does not work at all, and bigger mishmashes have been successful. Also, there seems to be no understanding of scale whatsoever. That place is swallowing all of that busy crapola.
