It's Back!

Oh I know I'm the saddest person on the planet but my Saturday nights are now complete with the return of Strictly Come Dancing

I thought I would miss the irrepressible enthusiasm and cheeky grin of Darren the Dazzler, but the shy smile of Mark Ramprakash (what is is with cricketers and ballroom dancing?) and the rather obvious charms of Ray Fearon have the potential to fill the void.

The great thing is that the Minx loves the 'dan-sing' as much as I do and we spent a very happy evening jigging round the living room together.

Please, please, please let it be on Bittorrent  - otherwise this is yet another Seattle dealbreaker.

Oh god Paola, I've just come on to catch up with your blog and what a grotty, grotty few weeks you've had - hope you're finally starting to feel better.

But YAY it will all be okay now that Strictly Come Dancing is back. I was nearly giddy with excitement and then a little worried when I realised we were actually going out on Sat night (for the first time in AGES). Still, it meant I could watch my favourite bits again on the video (I won't say which those bits were!!!). xxx

Oh, go ON! What were they? (As long as it wasn't anything to do with Westlife...)

OMG I am that sad that I sky+ The X Factor so I don't go into a cold sweat that I may miss both my shows. And to go out on a Saturday night, are you mad???

Can't be doing with X-Factor - can't bear Louis Walsh and all the faked up arguing between the judges - but might give it a cursory glance in between sequins.

Am I the only person who also watches It Takes Two in the evenings? I think that officially makes me the saddest person in existence.

He he he, let's just say that they may have involved Ray Feardon!!!

I wish I could watch It Takes Two, but sadly that is the point in my day when I'm dealing with two whingey, hungry and tired children!!!

The Minx and I watch it together. She loves the 'dan-sing' and spends the rest of the time doing gymnastics on the sofa. As long as I devote some time to 'hiding' her under the sofa cushions and then 'finding' her again we're OK.

The thing I love best about ITT is the studio - when 'mirrormirror' becomes a shop that's what I shall model it on. You won't be able to see the merchandise but who cares...
